Overview
HeadLog is designed as a private, local-first headache diary. The app helps users record headache details, view history, and export information to discuss with a healthcare professional.
Information You Enter
You may choose to enter headache dates and times, severity, locations, symptoms, possible triggers, medications or treatments, relief notes, and other notes.
Local Storage
Headache entries are stored locally on your device. HeadLog does not require an account, does not operate a server for headache entries, and does not automatically upload your headache log.
Exporting and Sharing
HeadLog lets you create PDF, CSV, and backup files. Sharing only happens when you choose to export, save, email, or share a file through your phone's apps. Once you share a file with another app or person, their privacy practices may apply.
Security Features
HeadLog may allow you to protect the app with a PIN or device biometrics. Biometric authentication is handled by your device operating system. HeadLog does not receive or store your fingerprint, face, or other biometric data.
Third Parties
HeadLog does not sell headache data. The app does not include advertising and does not use third-party analytics for headache entries.
Backups and Device Changes
If you create a backup file, you are responsible for where that file is saved or shared. Backup files may contain headache information that you entered into the app.
